Kenny is the only way to go! Professional attitude, and he gets it done. This man knows the Florida real estate market. Even if your property is in a tangled mess, Kenny and his team can handle it. I wouldn't want anyone else after working with him! What a find! Can't go wrong here. Let go of any worries and let Kenny handle it. You will be glad you did.

The real estate market in Miami is currently very challenging, and Kenny did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. He provided a solid strategy and supported me with multiple requests while I was out of town. Kenny successfully closed the purchase despite working with an inexperienced buyer who was difficult to manage. I truly appreciate his excellent communication and prompt responses.

We recently bought a waterfront condominium apartment on Miami Beach, and Kenny was our broker. He did a great job. Good friends recommended Kenny two years ago to my wife and me, so Kenny did a good job for them, too. Kenny is not pushy, and we felt no pressure at the beginning of the looking process, when we were really just getting a feel for Miami, not sure whether we really wanted to buy, or, if we were to buy, whether we should go for a house or a condo or water views (expensive) or not (not so expensive). Kenny is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the market here, having lived here all his life. He knows the good buildings and those wit...

Kenny did an outstanding job in helping our family sell our condo on Miami Beach. His networking skills and knowledge of real estate resulted in a smooth, easy, and fast transaction!

Kenny helped me navigate my home-buying process after relocating from CA. Kenny brought his knowledge and expertise of Miami's local areas to help me find a condo that best suited my needs. I am very happy!

Kenny is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. He did a magnificent job in every aspect of the process. His proficiency in real estate made us feel safe. Kenny made the purchase of our home the easiest real estate experience we have ever had. Always available to help and give great advice. Thank you so much! You are the best!

My family and I have worked with Kenny on residential/commercial transactions in the last 5+ years, and we have been pleased each time. He is easy to work with, has good communication skills, and keeps you in the loop on things. He has gone out of his way to make sure the home is presentable & ready for the sale. We would definitely recommend him for your real estate needs.

Working with Kenny has been the easiest experience selling a house I have ever had. Before listing, Kenny walked through our house and gave us detailed advice on how to improve the presentation of the house. We followed his advice exactly on what we needed to do, and our house was under contract in less than two weeks. We were smart to completely trust Kenny. Throughout the negotiations and contracts, we knew we were in good hands and never had to worry about the details. He is a true professional and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for what he has done for me and my family.

Don't go around. He has the experience and knowledge to guide you to the right place. I would give him a hundred stars. Kenny sold and bought our new home, always working with integrity.

Kenny is very knowledgeable and professional. He goes above and beyond what is expected of him. Kenny is very polite and knows his stuff. Kenny works very hard to get your property sold.
